My Challenge

My 30 day challenge is to drink eight glasses of water every day. I chose this challenge because sometimes I don't drink enough water and I regret it when I play soccer. Water is very healthy for your body in many ways. It helps in growing and building more muscles. I usually drink 3-5 glasses when I should be drinking 8. I plan to reach my goal by setting times for when to drink my glasses. Drink 1 in the morning, 2 at lunch, 2 in the afternoon, 2 around dinner, and 1 before I go to bed. I hope this 30 day challenge will become a daily routine for me as it will benefit my health.
